Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the unused snowboard or gear into its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective wrapping is intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
